Controls

• Proportional electro-hydraulic basket controls to ensure maximum reliability and allow great precision in movements
  • Emergency control station from the ground.
  • The controls allow 2 movements to be performed simultaneously and to obtain greater sensitivity of progressive and gradual maneuvering compared to the electro-hydraulic ones, as well as avoiding failures of the electrical components resulting from rainy weather, humidity, frequent use, etc..
  • Blocking valves mounted on all hydraulic cylinders.
  • Control levers with automatic return to rest position. The movements of the entire platform are operated by using levers, located respectively in the following control stations:
  – nacelle: platform control panel
  – turret: platform control panel for emergencies only

Operation Controls

Via remote control with 5 m wires:
– proportional translation movements with double speed
– visual control of each individual stabilizer
– possibility of using the remote control on the basket and on the ground
– control of the engine revolutions to increase the maximum translation speed
– start and stop the engine from the remote control
– possibility of lifting the telescopic arm to increase the edge of the slope when loading or unloading from the truck

Safety Devices

• Stabilizers/aerial part interlock: stabilizers lock when the boom is not in the rest position + boom lock if the props do not detect the actual stabilization of the vehicle.
• No need for a lateral outreach limiter (100% SAFE): the operator can move throughout the work area without interruptions while respecting the maximum capacity of the nacelle of 200 kg.
• Manually operated emergency pump allows any maneuver in the event of a failure of the main pump, in particular the return to the rest position of the boom and props, it can also operate with a flat battery.
• All movements of the structure take place via double-acting hydraulic jacks with double piloted safety valves that control the flow of oil in and out.
• General safety button for emergency shutdown.
• Thermal protection device for the electrical system.
• Safety device that prevents the starter motor from engaging while the engine is running

Stabilizers

  • Separate and independent electro-hydraulic maneuver controls for perfect leveling even on uneven terrain
  • Variable stabilization with different configurations: fully extended or extended on one side.
  • Hydraulic distributor composed of n.4 levers for simultaneous or independent lowering/retracting maneuvers of the stabilizers
  • Consent lights for each stabilizer

Pumps Power

• 100% hydraulic controls directly from the nacelle to ensure maximum reliability over time and great precision in maneuvers.
• Ground emergency control station.
• The controls allow you to perform 2 movements simultaneously and to obtain a greater sensitivity of progressive and gradual maneuvering compared to the electro-hydraulic ones as well as avoiding failures of the electrical components resulting from rainy weather, humidity, frequent use, etc.
• For a longer and guaranteed life of the hydraulic system, all the controls that can be operated from the nacelle and all the hydraulic pipes positioned inside the arms that reach the distributor in the turret work at low pressure 25 Bar.
• Check valves fitted to all hydraulic cylinders.
• Control levers with automatic return to rest position. The movements of the entire platform are activated by using levers, located respectively in the following control stations:
  – nacelle: platform control panel
  – turret: platform control panel for emergencies only
  – base: stabiliser control panel

Painting

• All metal parts are protected from corrosion, thanks to a high quality painting for frame and aerial platform. Standard color: WHITE/GREEN

Warranty

The platform is guaranteed for 12 months from delivery date .
The vehicle is guaranteed by the Manufacturer.
